Loving yourself is not about being self-centered. It is about being Centered in Self, the idea behind my practice. Being self-centered comes from the ego: needing to be right, protecting an image, or living by what others think. Being Centered in Self means knowing who you are and what matters most, even when life gets loud. Healing is about integrating what happened to us and getting clear on what we are and are not responsible for. Life can pull us off center. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or lonely, facing anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, or addiction. Together we slow down, build practical tools, and find your center again. Research shows the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of healing. I will not tell you what you want to hear. I will tell you what you may need to hear to reach the goals that brought you to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-focused, and humanistic methods, tailored to what fits you best.
